Allahumma Salle 'Alaa
Muhammadinin Nabiyyi
l Ummiyyi wa-'Alaa
Aalehi wa-sallim
Tasleeyma.



Translation:-
O Allah, bestow your blessings upon the unlettered Prophet and upon his family; and bestow your Mercy upon him and his family
